B.L. Woodward is a well known West Coast artist. She is a gifted and inspirational teacher and has taught workshops in Canada, Mexico and France.  Louise received her Fine Arts Degree from the University of British Columbia. She went on to study painting and sculpture at institutions and colleges in California and Canada and with James Pinto (master painter) in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.  Her paintings are sought by collectors at home and abroad and hang in private collections around the world.   Currently Louise's paintings are displayed at the prestigious Hastings House Hotel on Salt Spring Island.
