Gulf Islands Kayaking Expeditions

We offer our Gulf Island trips from May to September.

The Gulf Islands in southern B.C. were made for sea kayaking and offers some of the best sea kayaking, wildlife viewing experiences anywhere. Our coves and shorelines provide a bounty of beautiful passages for kayaking. You will be able to view wildlife on the shore and in the water around you. Eagles, great blue herons, black tailed deer, black oyster catchers, swans, porpoise, seals, sea lions, and otters are a common sight.

Join Sea Otter Kayaking for one night or more, for a memorable experience under the guidance of knowledgeable guides. We offer a selection of trips from 2 to 4 days (or longer) that are sure to please anyone with a desire to explore.

Our multi day tours can all be customized to meet your groups specific needs. All tours are geared to the participants and our group sizes are limited to a maximum of 6 participants. We provide all kayaking gear, all meals/snacks and camping gear. You bring sleeping bag and sleeping pad and your personal items.

All our tours provide kayaking instruction and orientation. Tours are based on camping on islands in the area and the food is fresh, organic and wholesome, always with a west coast flavor prepared by your guides.

Our professional leaders have wilderness first aid , C.P. R. and have S.K.G.A.B.C. or equivalent kayak leadership training. We work with a guide to client ratio of 1:5. No experience is necessary on our Gulf Islands tours offered from May to September. We take care of everything.
