Wallace Island Day Paddles

Depart Hudson's Point on Salt Spring Island for a visit to Wallace Island. From there you cross over to Galiano Island for a paddle along the majestic sand stone cliffs or along the kelp beds and rock gardens of Wallace Island. You may catch a view of the nimble Otter, Blue Heron or Bald Eagle diving to catch a fish. You will kayak by snoozing seals on the rocks around you.

Then on to the Secretary Islands for a lunch break with magnificent views of the lagoon and tide pools and time for exploring. While your guide prepares lunch.

Tent Island Day Tour

Departing from Southey Point you paddle past the Idol Island, to cross to Tent island across the channel to Prevost Island. Then paddle along the shores of Tent Island observing the soaring eagles, Osprey, nest gulls, playful seals, majestic blue herons and sometimes nimble river otters.

We will stop for lunch on a shell beach, with time to explore tide pools before . , before heading back to Salt Spring Island.

Southern Exposure Day Tour

Departing from Fulford Harbour on the south end of Salt Spring Island, We have a leisurely paddle along the shores of Fulford Harbour and the south shores of Salt Spring. Across a short channel is Russell Island. We will paddle along stopping at a shell beach to stretch our legs and have lunch before our paddle back to Salt Spring.

Zodiac Wildlife Photo Tours

We offer these tours daily, reservations are required.

After receiving some instruction, you will board the zodiac in Ganges Harbour to tour the islands that are part of the Southern Gulf Islands . Enjoy the fascination of the intertidal marine life and the beautiful sandstone rock formation. See blue herons feeding in the shallows, seals perched on the rocks or swimming about, sea lions, whales, porpoise and eagles flying overhead. On our return we will stop at Hope Bay on Pender Island for lunch and review our great photos.
