• the risks and benefits of adopting a pound-hound;

• what dogs need from their families, and what kind of dog might fit into yours;

• How to care for a dog, including special care for stressed and fearful animals.

You know how to cope with basic obedience and special circumstances, including the dreaded problem of fear aggression. You can speak a bit of "Dog language." You know several different ways to help your dog be calm and confident, and to keep him or her safe.
