It's large kitchen, complete with dishwasher and microwave, has glass doors opening directly onto the spacious deck overlooking the meadow. Relax in the deck chair or BBQ your evening meal and enjoy eating out of doors overlooking the meadow.

For those leisure moments we've provided books and toys plus a selection of videos and music for adults and kids. Try our mini ping-pong/pool table, or play chess and backgammon.

There's outdoor fun too. In addition to the relaxing deck chairs, have a jump on the big trampoline. Kids can use the tire swing and try their hand at the Frisbee target - or just run around the property and explore. There might also be blackberries and strawberries for the picking .

This is a non smoking home though you may smoke on the deck and porch outside. Pets are welcome.
